How to play Gulp Reef
Game guide
Gulp Reef is a fast underwater game. You swim as a tiny fish with a number on it, and the reef is full of other fish with their own numbers.
The goal
Eat fish with lower numbers than yours to grow, and swim away from fish with higher numbers. Grow from a minnow all the way up to a shark.
How to play
- Move your fish around the reef.
- Swim into any fish whose number is lower than yours to eat it. Your number goes up and you score points.
- Avoid fish with higher numbers. If one catches you, the round ends.
- As your number climbs you become a bigger fish, from minnow to guppy and onward.
- Use boost to escape danger or catch a fast snack.

Tips
- Read the numbers before you dive in. A fish that looks small might have a higher number.
- Save boost for emergencies, when a bigger fish is closing in.
- Stay near the middle of the reef so you have room to escape in any direction.
- Your best score is saved, and top scores go on the shared leaderboard.
