How to play Penguin Batter
Game guide
Penguin Batter is a hit-for-distance game. You are a penguin with a bat, and another penguin in a helmet is lobbed toward you. Time your swing and send it flying across the ice.
The goal
Hit the penguin as far as you can. Your total distance over the round is your score, and coins from each round buy upgrades for longer hits.
How to play
- Press Step up to the plate.
- Watch the penguin as it is lobbed toward you.
- Swing just as it reaches the bat. Hitting near the tip gives the most power.
- After a good hit, steer the flight: hold up to glide and down to dive.
- Bounce off pads and bumpers on the ice to go even farther, then spend your coins in the upgrade shop.

Tips
- If you miss everything, swing a little later next time.
- Gliding keeps the penguin in the air longer, but diving can line it up with a bumper.
- A good hit can send the penguin more than a thousand meters.
- Buy upgrades between rounds to beat your best total.
